Background and history:

Situated in Seattle’s Mount Baker neighborhood, Bradner Gardens Park is home to a P-Patch as well as several demonstration gardens by Seattle Tilth, King County Master Gardeners, and WSU. Established in 1987, the park features a 33-foot tall century old vintage windmill, basketball courts, and several arbors designed by University of Washington architecture students. The gardens at Bradner are connected by a series of winding paths and a pavilion, and are 100 percent pesticide-free and volunteer maintained.
